Pour yourself a glass
from one of their deliciously strong punch bowls over gossip with your girlfriends
or on a date with your guy. Noir is sexily laid out with dangling chandeliers,
deep colors and sheer curtains. Follow the winding staircase for a bit of privacy on a night out with your newest crush.

Noir boasts a
contemporary American menu with French influences designed by Michelin star
Chef Jean-Yves Schillinger and craft cocktails by beverage expert Adam
Delgiudice.

Dine on small plates
from both land and sea, perfect for sharing on a date or during happy hour with
your crew. Cod Cakes are fried golden brown served with a creamy homemade
tarter sauce and fresh lemon. For a lighter diet-friendly fare, try the Tuna
Tartare, topped with house made guacamole and accompanied with puffed
quinoa-crusted tuna medallions or the Salmon Tartare, served atop cucumber
crown. Indulge in larger bites of Fried Lamb Chops, stuffed with creamy ricotta
and fresh mint.
Make reservations this
summer at Noir to impress to your date or to catch up with your BFFs after a
long week in the office. The strong, yet flavorful cocktails, dramatic ambiance
and Michelin star chef approved menu, might just secure Noir as the newest hot spot in Midtown.

After a little googling -- that's where Nikki Beach was, a place that felt like it was from South Beach. I'm not sure if it matches the hood that well, but its well-overdue.
