Ayza Wine Bar Brings Romance to the West Village

Dreams of New York City romances are made of cobble stone streets, classic jazz music, indulgent chocolates and endless pours of wine. Old New York meets “New” New York at Ayza Wine Bar’s new location in the West Village. Wine and chocolate pairings set to the tunes of live music are a perfect match for a date night in the city.

Make reservations to sit at the high-top connecting the bar or get cozy in a corner table next to your main squeeze. When you’re getting to know Mr. Right Now or need a special night out with Mr. Right, the dimly lit ambiance sets the stage for the evening’s aphrodisiacs.
Start with a cheese plate to share both creamy and sweet tastes for an interactive first course.
The savory dishes are creatively designed with a touch of chocolate - from Steak Tartare (with bitter chocolate and jalapeƱo) to Braised Beef Short Rib (with dark chocolate, truffle cauliflower mash and hen-of-the-woods mushroom).
While the dinner choices are interesting, the must-haves at Ayza are bottles of wine from their over 90 choices, champagne cocktails and of course, sex-inducing chocolate desserts.
End your night with the Dark Chocolate Fondue, offered with fruits, brownies, marshmallows and more for dipping. Because, does it get any more date-night-perfect than sharing melted chocolate with the one you love?

Make reservations on a Monday night to enjoy the live jazz music while you dine or on a Sunday for candlelit tables covered in rose petals, which includes a special Jacques Torres chocolate truffles compliments of Ayza! Single and looking to gossip, relax and laugh with your girlfriends? Simply make a reservation on their site with the code Girls' Night Out to receive a complimentary Chocolate Shot and a Belgian Chocolate Covered Strawberry on a Tuesday.

Lovebirds and single ladies can all enjoy the tastes, sounds and romance of Old New York at Ayza xo

  1. The wines, the patrons, and the ambiance was top notch. They had a great selection (Sparklings, Whites, Dessert, etc). Genius staff too, be sure to do a Wine Tasting. And the dinner choices was fantastic. Loved the cheeses. yarra valley wineries
