Fall Back in Love with Sigmund Pretzel Shop

After opening in the East Village back in 2009, Sigmund Pretzel Shop has been baking hot, fluffy, artisan pretzels at their neighborhood shop and at foodie festivals around the city, such as Madison Square Eats.
For the perfect fall treat, snack on their long list of freshly baked, warm pretzels from Bacon Scallion (with slices of bacon wedged between the sliced pretzel) to the cheesy Feta Olive.
If you're looking for something sweet, Cinnamon Raisin is always a winner.  Dips are available, including creamy goat cheese and nutella, but only at their East Village shop.  When you're hungrier for more than a snack, grab a Sandwich on a Pretzel Roll, with options including Ham and Fontina (with mustard greens) and Mozzarella, Tomato (with pesto).  And don't forget their signature cookie Wanko's cookie (peanut butter, chocolate chip, pretzel chunks).  For those who have given up carbs, I'm so very sorry.
Sigmund Pretzel. 29 Avenue B.

  1. I tried one of their tasty pretzel delights when they had first opened. I'll have to go back to try another variety! Thanks for the update!!

  2. I am in love with the feta pretzel -- had it at the Village Voice BK Pour event. SO yum
