Beer Table at Michael Jordan's The Steakhouse NYC

Grand Central Terminal can stress out any New Yorker.  Running in heels to make the next train, pushing through crowds of tourists, and the growing anxiety over a delayed schedule makes this iconic transportation hub anything but relaxing.  This has all changed with the pairing of Michael Jordans’s The Steak House NYC and the recently opened Beer Table Pantry, a Brooklyn favorite with a new shop in Grand Central.

The hope of a luxurious meal accompanied by the best in craft beers, has now replaced the commuters dinner of a Bud Light tall boy and a bag of peanuts.  On November 9, Beer Table at Michael Jordan’s The Steak House NYC hosted Old World New Traditions with Steak House Beers.  A decadent four-course menu by chef Ted Pryor was expertly paired with craft beers guided by Justin Phillips of Beer Table.

For $80 per person, guests enjoyed Slightly Smoked King Salmon Blinis, Weisswurst Sausage with Choucroute, Grilled Prime Aged Filet on the bone (with steakhouse sides), finished off with a generous slice of carrot cake.  Champagne-like beers to heavy stouts were served along each course for the perfect match.

When celebrating with your special someone or dining with visiting family members who want an iconic New York City experience, make sure to make reservations at Michael Jordan's The Steakhouse NYC.  For more information on upcoming pairing dinners, including the Fall Local Beer Tasting Series, visit The Steak House NYC
